All Qatari Students must be registered at the Embassy to receive IDs or Insurance cards according to their status.

Please fill out this form completely (click here) with the following requirements:

  • Copy of Qatari ID or copy of Passport

  • Color 2x2 Passport Photo

  • Registration Letter with University or College
